How HardenedLab works, in short sentences. Last updated 23 October 2026.
Fixed scope
Each offer has a published scope and a published price. I deliver exactly that scope. Anything beyond it is declined or quoted separately before any work, never added silently.
One revision, 7-day support
After delivery you get one round of changes to what was delivered, and seven days to ask follow-up questions about it. Support covers the deliverable I produced, not general help with your system.
No access to your systems
- I do not take standing access to your systems and I do not log in to them.
- Do not send passwords, API tokens, recovery codes or remote-desktop links. If you do, I will not use them and will ask you to change them.
- Work is done from the text, exports and descriptions you send, and delivered as files for you to apply.
Refunds
These are digital services. They are refundable only before work starts. Work starts when I open your completed intake form. If you pay and change your mind before that, email [email protected] and you will be refunded in full. After work has started, no refund is due unless I fail to deliver the stated scope, in which case I will fix it or refund you.
Your responsibility
You apply the deliverable to your own systems, so take a backup or snapshot first. I test and check my work but cannot see your live set-up, so I cannot guarantee it behaves identically there. The support window exists for exactly that.
Your information
I keep the details you submit only to do the work and to answer follow-up questions. An AI assistant helps me draft, so your intake text is processed through one. Ask at [email protected] and I will delete what I hold about you.
Not legal advice
This page is a plain-English description of how I work. It is not legal advice and may not cover every situation. Your statutory consumer rights where you live are not reduced by anything here.
